Made to order

Every bat is built to your order. Once your bat is on the lathe, the order can't be cancelled.

Returns

Made-to-order bats can't be returned for size or feel. If we made a mistake on your order, email sales@birchbats.com before using the bat and we'll fix it.

Breakage

Wood bats can break, so there's no breakage warranty unless you add Bat Insurance: one replacement for a bat that breaks within 30 days of delivery.

Production and shipping

Bats are built in 2–3 weeks, or 5 business days with Rush (+$35). Shipping time is extra. See production & shipping.

Address corrections

FedEx charges us for correcting a wrong address, and that charge ($25) is passed on to you. Please double-check your shipping address.
