Bats are built to order in 2–3 weeks, or 5 business days with Rush (+$35). Shipping time is extra.

Both are birch we sort by hand. Standard ($119.95) is straight-grained with no mineral streaks. Ink dot ($164.95) is prime birch that passed the slope-of-grain ink-dot test, and you can pick your weight from -3 to 0.

Standard adult bats are about -3, and we match the weight to your order as closely as the wood allows. Ink dot bats let you choose -3, -2, -1 or 0. Youth bats are about -5; the youth UltraLight is about -8.

Wood bats break, so there is no breakage warranty unless you add Bat Insurance (+$14.95, or +$24.95 on ink dot). With insurance, if the bat breaks within 30 days of delivery, we build you a new one once and cover ground shipping.

Made-to-order bats can't be returned for size or feel. If we made a mistake on your order, email us before using the bat and we'll fix it.

Once your bat is on the lathe, the order can't be cancelled.

Cupping drills out the end of the barrel. It makes the bat a little lighter and moves the balance point toward your hands, so it swings less end-heavy.
