- Do you cork your bats?

- How long will it take for me to get my bat?
We try to keep all styles on hand. If we have it on hand we will pull the bat from stock, if not in stock or a custom colored and personalized bat, the process takes 7 to 10 days..
- Who do you sell to?
Pros, amateurs, baseball schools, individuals, companies.
- Why do you cup bats?
There are two main reasons:
- To maintain the weight of the bat with the length. Players usually like their bat 2- 3 oz. less than the length of the bat.
- To get a more balanced feel. The majority of the weight of the bat is in the barrel. Cupping takes a little weight off the tip of the barrel.
- Can I get a bat dimensions changed? Yes we do do custom models. We can even trace you broken gamer. There is a 3 bat minimum and the price is the same as any other model.
- Do you manufacture your own bats?
Yes. We purchase the Birch from sources in Canada. We sort the billets according to weight, remove bad billets (novelty bats), and then start our manufacturing process. We handle the whole process in house.
- Can I get my name on my bat(s)? Personalization is available. There is a cost of $5.00/bat.
- Can I get my team logo on a bat? Yes, this can be done. Just email us a file and we can apply it to the bat. $5 personalize charge.
- What is a novelty bat?
A novelty bat is a bat made from an inferior billet or a billet that is too heavy to make a saleable bat out of. We make novelty bats and sell them to individuals, companies, schools, etc. who present them as awards or gifts. We add personal information on each bat (school logo, company logo, MVP, Championships, weddings party-best man, birthdays, team names, college attending, etc.).
- Does Express Shipping get the bat made faster. No express shipping is only the time its en route to you. Normal shipping is FedEx ground and takes 5 days to most us city's. Express will make it 2 to 3 day to most us city's from the time your bat is completed.
- Do you offer any guarantees? No, a bat is only going to last as long as you the batter will let it. We cannot guarantee that our bats will not break or they will last a certain amount of games. We wish we could but like I said, a bat will last only as long as you let it. It all depends on how good a hitter you are. However we do stand behind our products. If you break a bat on the first few swings and are hitting the sweet spot send it back for inspection. If the wood is faulty, they we will replace it at no charge.
