POLICIES
Due to the custom nature of our bats, and the fact that you are ordering a bat made completely to your exact specifications, orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. Each of our bats is made to the customer's choice of model, length, weight, color combinations and name personalization.  Therefore, once our lathe knives touch the bat blank that is destined to become your bat, your order cannot be altered, changed, or cancelled.

However when the bat arrives check it carefully to make sure we got it right. If for any reason me made a mistake we will replace it . Spelling errors and color errors can happen, so we want our customers to be perfectly happy.

Return Policy
If you receive a bat that has a material imperfection please contact us immediately. There is no warranty or guarantee on wooden bats.

However with that said, They should last longer that a couple of hits when used correctly. If your bat does not perform and breaks unnaturally let us know, There can be flaws in wood that are not seen at time of cutting. If it's a wood error we will replace it as soon as we see it. You will have to send it back for use to inspect it, ( you pay for shipping to us) If we feel the wood was week in any way we will replace it with the same model, color and weight spec's.

For purchases, this may include your credit card information which is strictly limited in use to processing your order. Normal production time is 2 weeks.

Shipping is done through FedEx. Your choices are FedEx ground or express. Express shipping does not get the bat made faster, just less time in the box to you. Ground shipping is $10 for the first bat and $4 for every bat after that. Shipping on 12 bats is 40.
